The Baby Room

In our baby room, everything begins with a nurturing and structured environment where each child's unique needs are prioritized. We emphasize teacher-led exercises that foster development and enhance learning experiences. Our trained educators engage with infants through carefully designed activities that promote motor skills, language development, and social interaction.

Interactive play is a cornerstone of our program. We provide a variety of age-appropriate toys and materials that stimulate exploration and curiosity. Through hands-on activities, babies are encouraged to manipulate objects, explore textures, and engage with their surroundings, all of which contribute to their cognitive growth.

Sensory play is integral to our philosophy. Our environment is rich with opportunities for sensory exploration, ensuring that every baby can discover and learn through touch, sound, sight, and even taste. We carefully observe each child to tailor experiences that align with their developmental stage and interests.

In our baby room, individual attention is paramount. Each child is recognized and responded to according to their specific needs, allowing for personalized care and interaction. Our educators build trusting relationships with each baby, which fosters a sense of security and comfort, enabling them to thrive in this crucial stage of growth.

Our Wonderful Twos!

At Angie's Angels Nursery School, we recognize that two-year-olds thrive in an environment that fosters hands-on play, interactive learning activities, one-on-one assessment, and the development of independence.

Hands-On Play: Two-year-olds are naturally curious and learn best through exploration. Engaging in hands-on play allows them to manipulate objects, experiment with different materials, and engage their senses. This type of play promotes fine and gross motor skills, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking. By providing various materials such as blocks, art supplies, and sensory bins, we encourage children to explore and discover at their own pace.

Learning Activities: Structured learning activities are tailored to meet the developmental needs of two-year-olds. These activities incorporate singing, storytelling, and simple games that promote language development, social skills, and cognitive growth. Through repetition and active participation, children reinforce new concepts and vocabulary while having fun. Activities are designed to be engaging and age-appropriate, ensuring that each child feels successful and motivated to learn.

One-on-One Assessment: Individual assessments help us understand each child's unique learning style and progress. By observing and interacting with each child, our educators can identify strengths and areas for improvement. This personalized approach allows us to adapt our teaching methods and resources to better suit the needs of each child, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their development.

Independence: Encouraging independence is a vital part of our program. Two-year-olds are at an age where they begin to assert their autonomy. By allowing them to make choices and engage in self-directed activities, we help them build confidence and responsibility. Simple tasks like putting away toys, choosing their activities, and participating in group routines foster a sense of independence, preparing them for future learning experiences.

Our Mighty 3, 4, and 5s!

At Angie's Angels Nursery School, our older three-year-olds, fours, and fives are well-prepared for pre-K through our thoughtfully designed Montessori-based curriculum. This approach emphasizes hands-on learning, which allows children to engage directly with their materials.

Our older three, four, and five-year-old students engage in a balanced learning approach that combines individual group activities with teacher-led exercises. This dual method fosters both independence and collaborative skills essential for early childhood development.

In small groups, children participate in various activities that encourage teamwork and social interaction. These group activities may include art projects, storytelling sessions, or interactive games that promote problem-solving and communication. Through these experiences, children learn to share ideas, negotiate roles, and work towards common goals, building their social skills and confidence.

Teacher-led exercises play a crucial role in guiding students through structured learning experiences. During these sessions, teachers introduce concepts such as numbers, letters, and shapes through engaging methods that can include songs, hands-on activities, or visual aids. This direct instruction provides students with a clear understanding of foundational knowledge while allowing them to ask questions and receive immediate feedback.

The combination of individual group activities and teacher-led exercises ensures that our students receive a well-rounded educational experience. Children benefit from the creativity and spontaneity of group learning while also having access to the structured guidance of their teachers. This approach prepares them for future academic challenges and nurtures a love for learning.

Interactive Learning

At Angie's Angels Nursery School, our interactive activities are designed to foster growth, learning, and development for all our students. These activities engage children in hands-on experiences that stimulate their curiosity and encourage exploration. By participating in interactive play, students develop essential cognitive skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.

Our activities promote social interaction, allowing children to communicate and collaborate with their peers. This collaborative environment helps them build social skills, learn empathy, and understand the importance of teamwork. As they engage in group activities, they also learn to share ideas and respect diverse perspectives.

Moreover, interactive play supports various learning styles. Visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learners all benefit from our diverse range of activities, ensuring that each child's unique strengths are nurtured. This inclusive approach enables every student to thrive, regardless of their individual learning preferences.

Through structured and guided interactive activities, we provide opportunities for children to set goals, face challenges, and celebrate achievements. This process builds their confidence and encourages a lifelong love of learning. By integrating play and education, we create an enriching environment where all students can grow, learn, and thrive.

Words from our Parents!

Woman with shoulder length hair, dark brown to bright red balayage. She's smiling and surrounded by cherry blossoms.

My grandson goes to this daycare and I have noticed that he smiles when we get him to the door, which says a lot. Of course, he doesn’t want us to leave, but he reacts to the staff like he knows they love him. I was worried about him going to daycare, but they definitely made me feel comfortable knowing he was going to be taken care of. They interact well with all the children and it feels good seeing the little ones happy about being there. They are very informative and fill his day with things to do. I love this daycare. - Kennell L.

Good daycares are hard to find and this one provides me with a sense of peace and confidence that my child is in the right hands. This place offers a structured, curriculum based environment that helps children develop cognitive, logical and social skills. Ms. Kennedy is awesome. She implements useful tasks within her classroom to help her toddlers develop and grow. My daughter has been enrolled since August and I am seeing improvement in regards to letter recognition comprehension, etc. If you are looking for a daycare that provides professional and experienced staff this is the place to enroll your kiddos! - Italya K.

A great place for your children! I’m so glad I found this place, My daughter loves going. She’s learned so much in such short time of going. - Irasema G.
